You are invited to join the information session, on 25 January 2025, from 11:00 – 12:00 pmthe De Zevende Hemel. The session is free of charge.

For whom?
This training is suitable for anyone who wants to learn mindfulness and can be particularly valuable for complaints such as stress, burnout, anxiety feelings, depressive thoughts, chronic pain, sleeping problems, and fatigue.

The MBSR program was developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn and is known worldwide for its scientifically proven effects on stress reduction.
